• refactoring that eliminates duplication inside the Dockerfile. The main RUN commands should now be described in hack/alt/targets/*
• add caching for CI
• rename artifacts to alt-orchestra-$VERSION-*
• modify /etc/os-release with version from tag and removing BUILD_ID
