With the migration of the repository from GitHub to ALT Linux Space, the current README needs to be adapted. The primary goals are:

To prepare bilingual versions (Russian and English) of the README.
To update the content, specifically replacing GitHub-specific instructions with those relevant to ALT Linux Space.

Both versions must be updated to reflect the new hosting platform, ALT Linux Space. This includes changing links, instructions for forks, merge requests, and any other platform-specific workflows.
